I having problems in setting up remote connection in watch plex off my mobile or from a site outside my home. I am running off very good NAS drives from qnap. and my average upload speeds ranges from 8 mbps to to 6 mbps. but yet my picture is virtually stutters or stops or unwatchable.
I have set upload spead to 6mbps and limit remote stream bitrate to 3mps (720p) and transcoding set to automatic.
what i dont understand most peoples internet is low upload speeds so what am i doing wrong!!
It should be working reliable it used to but now it doesn’t. I am desperate to get my system working properly
