Not enough upload speed?

Server Version#:
PlexMediaServer-1.25.1.5286 (Syno DSM7)

Hello
When I try to stream remote from my NAS I always get the error I have not enough bandwidth.

It tells me it need 11862 kps, but I only would have 3000kps.
3000 is such a nice round number (my line has 60000kps up) I guess there is a limit somehow.

I heard of the option under remote access but there I can only specify the port.
In DSM7 I can’t also find anything.

Does anyone have an idea?
I assume its a simple click I just can’t see

May I see the DEBUG logs ZIP file please which captures this?

DEBUG logs show the decisions made and why that message would be printed.

In DSM 7, like DSM 6 Plex, you specify the remote port just as you always have.

In DSM 7, you must also remember to check the firewall (which is usually OFF by default)

You specify the speeds in Settings - Server - Remote Acccess - Show Advanced
