World Wide Web Publishing Service

Ok, so I know that the World Wide Web Publishing Service is blocking port 80 that Plex Connect needs to feed my ATV 3.  The problem is PMS and Plex Connect are running on my WHS 2011 server and with the World Wide Web Publishing Service disabled I cannot use my remote console.  If I kill the service then the ATV 3 will connect and I can actually start the service up again and everything works the way it should.  If the server restarts then I lose connection.  I have tried to delay the World Wide Web Publishing Service but this doesn't work, I think because when my server restarts the ATV 3 is in sleep mode and will not query Plex Connect therefore never making the connection prior to starting the World Wide Web Publishing Service.

So my question is, what are my options?

-Change the port that either World Wide Web Publishing Service or Plex Connect uses?

-Manually make the connection whenever my server restarts and then restart the World Wide Web Publishing Service?

-?????

Any and all thoughts are appreciated.

Thanks!

Have a look at the advanced settings on the wiki.  for windows server it points you to this thread.  https://forums.plex.tv/topic/70321-running-with-local-dns-server-and-iis/

this shows how to setup a reverse proxy in IIS so it will forward the requests to plexconnect on a different port.
