Wrong agent being used

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum, but here goes.

 

I've forked the Plex Music Scanner and Local Media Agent to make some slight tweaks to their behavior. I've disabled the original Local Media Agent.

However, for about 5% of my files, the Local Media Agent still gets used.

 

Is there logging I can turn on to help me debug why that happens?
