We are constantly seeing cover art and movie info. that has zero relation to many of our video files. This is happening to about 1/3 of our video files. Metadata being added automatically, and it’s all wrong metadata. How can this be turned off/stopped and fixed/removed? Thank You!

If these are private videos, which are not listed on either IMDb or TheMovieDB, then use a library of the type “Other Videos”.
It will not attempt to “match” your files to a known movie title.
If your videos should be match-able though, sticking to the recommended folder organization and file naming guides is supposed to solve this issue largely.

If you use mp4 files, verify that they either contain correct, or no embedded meta data.
