Wrong podcast thumbnails in Plex

Hello,

We use Blubrry PowerPress to publish our podcast on Geekzone.fr, and we have no problem at all on every player on the planet BUT for Plex!

On Plex (Web or app), the thumbnail displayed is wrong. For some reason, it’s grabbing the pic of our website (for the tabs!), not reading the NORMAL thumbnail. Feed validation is good, and as I say, every other player is perfectly fine… Any idea welcome. :confused:

iTunes version is fine too, of course. I guess you’re not reading the metadata of the feed and grab the 1st image on the feed? Could it be that? In that case I can do nothing but I have no way to know what’s going on so let’s ping some admins, I really want Plex to look good too… :confused: thanks @bigwheel, @kinocharlino, @elan !

It is being looked into. Think it has to do with a difference in the iTunes tags and non iTunes tags. Thanks for report.

It seems to be fixed with this version (Web UNO UI), so can we expect a fix for the rest soon?

Edit : it seems to be good everywhere. I’ll check more apps tonight.

a particular app might be caching an image if it was already added but removing/readding should fix it.
