Wrong state location while streaming local

I have recently noticed my location no longer accurate while streaming from my home network has anyone else seen this ? I live in New Hampshire

This location is based on the public IP address of your server. IP-based location has always a chance of being incorrect.
It relies on a database where each block of IPs is matched to a geographical location.
This database might just not being detailed enough to be more accurate.
With IPv4 addresses now being rented, sold, and transferred around more often (due to their scarcity), this approach of locating hosts will always be rather inaccurate.

The screen capture was on a local device so it should just be showing my username and not a location I thought I just found it a little odd that my Nvidia Shield streaming locally not remotely is showing a different location than where I live

As explained above:
Plex doesn’t know where you live.
Your Shield doesn’t know where you live.
