I have noticed that when looking at the “now playing” area of Plex Dash, where you can see who is watching movies etc., their location is not correct.
I know this for a fact, because it reports my location at home incorrectly. It’s more than 20 miles off, in a different city than where I live.
Also other people that I know, (where they live) when they are watching at home, it’s showing their location incorrectly, (miles off from were they live) as well.
I suspect that is where your ISP hub is. I bet if you lookup your ip location it will show the same city as plex.

I looked it up and it shows a city near the one Plex shows, but still that one is about 10 miles away from what Plex Dash shows, so I guess it’s not very accurate, just ballpark accurate, or in my case, regional accurate!

yeah, IP-to-geo is not the most accurate, only intended to give a rough sense
