Wrong thumbnails generation

Hi All,
Anyone experience issue with wrong thumbnail generation? The thumbnails are totally wrong for some media and couple of seconds wrong for the other media. This happened 2 versions before mention one

Do you mean the off set of preview thumbs? like you scrub to some position and it is not what you expect?

Yes, exactly. I found it when I watch sport game. On thumbnail I can see result, something 71-63, then go media and I see 83:71, you can assume, that these are couple of minutes difference, not 1 or 2 or 5 seconds…

I was able to identify the difference, around 2 minutes

What troubleshoot steps currently performed:

  1. delete all thumbnails in the library and create again- not able to fix
  2. restart PMS- not able to fix
  3. reboot Windows Server- not able to fix
  4. uninstall PMS and revert back 2 version- not able to fix
    I have created VM with ubuntu plex installed there and add library with smb mount path to the same media- no issues with linux plex.

Can you get the server logs from something was added and preview thumbs became available that I can add to bug report.

If there is any way to create a short screenrecording or screenshot that shows the discrepancy it would be also appreciated.
