Wrong timezone/clock (Brazil)

The local time is wrong since last sunday.
Country: Brazil (that won’t have change in timezone (Brasília summer time -BRST, this year).

The time is correct both in my TV and Windows (Brasilia Time -BRT- has a UTC offset of -3:00).

It’s because we no longer have summer time, but Plex still thinks we do. I have the same issue and no idea how to fix it.
