Hello support,
While logged in my account, I wanted to search on the Google TV plex app a movie for my kid to watch. I clicked on the search button and this is what I see by default.
I don’t care how horny your damn users are.. I would not expect these disgusting movies to pop up infront of my child
So its either you get rid of them or by default and for safety of the children, these things should not be listed whenever I click the search button
Got another one @OttoKerner
If you use a managed account with a rating restriction it should eliminate these choices
https://support.plex.tv/articles/parental-controls/
It appears that two of these movies have no rating, which I thought was suppose to exclude them from the search
Either way, kids are likely to be present when adults using non-managed accounts are looking for things to watch
There are more family friendly posters they could have easily picked
The idea of letting the Discovery feature adhere to the localized library cover artwork has been rendered not possible says the Plex team, so how do we really expect that Plex has ANY control over the Not Rated content that has questionable artwork applied?
Plex team has made it clear that we don’t have control over it as much as we would like, all in the name of how the Discovery/Watchlist mechanics works. They have doubled down on their stupidity with this argument rather than coming up with a way to solve it, or letting us pick our own.
