WTF: This server is not powerful enough to convert videos

Hello everybody

I only regret having put on Plex and also bought a Plexpass.

  • (Main) Smart TV every 15min or so! (what a treat)
  • Smart TV 2 rarely hangs app crash
  • PlaySation 4 partly Video cannot be played

Ok let’s get to the problem Server is not powerful, which suddenly appeared on Smart TV 2 and PS 4.
The same film that worked about 9 months ago can no longer be played on Smart TV 2 or PS4 with this error -.- WTF!
Even a small movie with a 480 resolution and small amount of data cannot be played. But e.g. a 1080er with 12GB size works again …
This runs through the film archive of approx. 120 films. One does not work the other. In the past everyone was running (at least without the other problems).
The HW DS218 + with HW encoding should be able to play this without problems, it was also possible in the past. Only the Plex is running on the DS, everything else is DE-installed.

Latest is not a precise version.
Which smart TV (OS) are you using?
Can you show XML info of a file that works and one that doesn’t work? And please provide server logs when trying to play a “non-working” file.

Your post doesn’t contain any useful information I have to say…

where & how do I get the XML file? Is the debug log file meant?

TY for help. i found the Problem for the mainfailure.

i have selected direct stream for test and did not restart the server when reset.
