So I have Plex media server installed on my Synology NAS. My library is full with all my movies and films and on my windows app they play fine.
The same files however do not play on my Panasonic Smart TV app. It comes up with the message “the server is not powerful enough to convert video” I have selected ‘direct play’ and 'direct stream to be on however the messages still come up. Can I please get some help?
