xbmc-send not working?

Hallo,

 

i want to send via ssh some messages to the Plex Client. But xbmc-send seem not to work. Ist there a other way to send (Text-) messages to the Plex Client?

Although the underlying code for Rasplex is XBMC(Kodi) a lot of the code has been stripped out, as far as I'm aware there is no way to send messages (actions) to Rasplex other than by remote or keyboard.

Thank you for reply. :)

It's a pity. I can wake my NAS and/or start the PMS (sometimes it will not start automatically) with my remote (via Lirc). I would be nice to have a on-screen status-message.
