I am experimenting with the XBMCnfoMoviesImporter and very happy with the results except for strange internation characters like é à ë etc…
My movie “Rien á Déclarer” appears now as
In the nfo file, text is OK
Is there a way to let this agent interpret international characters correct?

If i copy “Rien á Déclarer” (without “”) into the title part of an existing nfo file - example.nfo it comes up like yours above.
If i then copy all the text in example.nfo into a (ordinary) notepad file and save it as example.nfo (as ansi) it works correctly
looks like you are using notepad++ or something similar, i think the encoding affects it, not sure why, there may be a way of re-encoding the special characters in notepad++
someone who knows more than me might explain why it happens
