When playing movies on the plex app on xbox 360, the playback is fine, but there is an info bar on screen menu with options for subtitles, audio and quality and i simply cannot hide this during a movie. I have tried every button on the xbox 360 pad, but nothing works. has anybody else had this issue and knows how to solve it? Many thanks.
