Xbox Controller not working Plex HTPC

Does this feature work with Plex HTPC and Windows 10?

I can see that Plex HTC recognises my Xbox contoller but it’s not registering any inputs to map

Logs say

Logs also say controller never registers any input unlike keyboard

I’ve followed online instructions but have come to a halt.

I’ve been dealing with this issue myself. From what I can tell, there seems to be a bug related to controller detection on startup in the event of a pre-connected controller. Only thing I’ve found that works is to have the controller powered off completely, launch the HTPC app, and then after the screen is completely loaded, power on the controller. The workaround is annoying, but works on my system. Hopefully this is fixed soon. Can’t tell if this bug is present on all gamepads or just Xbox One.
