Plex app on xbox one no longer plays video files, seems to just sit on buffering screen and does nothing. I did notice that videos were appearing blurry prior to this but now they dont play at all. Seems to be the same for all codec formats. If someone could please help it would be greatly appreciated,
I did experience this on my Xbox One X, but then updated my PMS version to the latest and that seemed to fix. That and changing settings on the Plex app for Xbox back to Direct Play (had them unchecked). If you are still experiencing the buffering, go into the Plex settings on Xbox and uncheck any direct play options in video.
