Xbox One App - Server Not Available

Hello All,

I’m running PMS off of a Windows 7 PC and I’m getting the Error: Server Not Available message on my Xbox One app. I see this is an issue that many others have had. I’ve tried all of the solutions I’ve found in the forums and nothing seems to work. Here are some specifics:

  • PMS used to work fine on my Xbox app a week ago. I’ve never had Remote Access set up
  • PMS is operational and signed into the server on my PC (I can play videos), running Version 1.9.1.4272
  • Restarting the app, server, router, and Xbox does not resolve the issue
  • Server is connected to router by wire, Xbox connected to network over WiFi
