Xbox One app won't display first row of Movie collection

When viewing a collection (Movies only, TV seems unaffected), it loads the initial view of the collection correctly. The first row is visible at the bottom of the screen, cut off from view a little.

Pressing down to navigate to the first row of movies then displays a blank screen (background of Plex is visible, no other content on screen).

Scrolling back up from this state will display the initial view correctly again.
Scrolling down again from this state will reveal the 2nd row in the collection correctly.

Overall effect is that the user cannot interact with the 1st row of tiles in the collection.

I didn’t receive an answer, but it’s obviously an issue with v5.9.1 affecting most devices.
