some movies and tv shows play with very low audio. if i play the same files using the Samsung app, the volume is fine. there are no options for audio other than the normalize option which doesn’t help.
Not sure if this will be fixed in the future but I hope so.
after playing around with it for a while the problem seems to be with the Xbox not the app
