I’ve tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it but nothing seems to work. I have audio on every other device I’ve used, Mac, Win 10, phone, ipad, and Smart TV. It worked on my Xbos for a week then simply quit - no audio. It isn’t muted and I’ve tried increasing the volume, but nothing works. Of course, I’ve also tried resetting my Xbox too.
Yeah got the same problem. I was away for a few days, and when I got back some of my plex media won’t output audio on the XBox One X. Works fine if I play them from my TV’s Plex app.
And I don’t know if it was the update to Plex or the update to the XBox that took a dump (bouth got updated when I was gone).
But the Plex app did get a new update today, and it’s still f*cked. So I’m starting to blame Microsoft more and more
Could you try unchecking the Allow Display Mode
switching setting in the app?
