Does anyone else have this issue? I’m a subscriber and enabled trailers to play at the beginning of movies, but it only works on my computer and not through the xbox one app. Is it the app or am I missing something?
Did you go into the xbox setting and set how many trailers should play? Setting how many should play from the web is only for the web application, other clients need to be set in their own preferences screen.
