Has anyone got this to work on the Xbox One? I know it use to not work by design, but with the last update, They said it now works. I have yet to have any trailer start before the movie. It does this when im watching from the browser on my PC, but on the Xbox one, I have never got it to work… All settings are set correctly I believe. Can anyone think what I might be doing wrong, or help me troubleshoot this?
Did you enable the trailers from within the app?
In the Plex app, press the Menu button (start button) on your controller, go to settings and there is an option within the settings area, to enable it and how many trailers you want to play before a movie begins.
