Pass through on Lossless Audio. Can plex play the TrueHD / DTS HD-MA audio tracks.

No, nothing has changed from that aspect with Plex. That functionality hasn’t been released to 3rd party developers yet, so until that release happens the developers can’t even begin working on adding the functionality in.
