PLEX has always worked on my Xbox One and now when I click on the PLEX app, the PLEX screen shows for around 5 seconds and then goes right back to the Xbox home screen. I have reinstalled it several times. I even did a reset on my xbox where you hold the power button down for 10 seconds and then power back on. Still no PLEX. I also deleted the xbox. I even deleted Xbox out of my authorized devices on my PLEX server.
NOTHING has worked.
Any thoughts? My son has an xbox one at his home and his works just fine.

most of the time, it is caused by the application not installing correctly. i would uninstall the app and redownload it. Try that first.
Done that several times. Uninstalled it then did a cord unplug on my Xbox. Tried it again, nothing…
