I just downloaded the Plex app on my Xbox One S and the app opens and shows the Plex logo like it is loading, but then it goes back to my Xbox home after a few seconds of that. It’s like it’s crashing or something. What is going on here? No error or anything happening. It’s my first time even using the app on the Xbox.
Can you try removing the app, hard restarting the Xbox One (power down then remove plug then plug back in and start up), and then install it again
