Plex App on Xbox One X

Server Version#:1.18.2.2058
Player Version#:2.44.2.70

I have read some of the issues that others are having and I have not experienced any of those issue except that the plex app on my xbox one x will no longer start. It give the error “We were unable to load your Plex Home Setting.”

As I mentioned, I have not experienced any issues until now. I seems to have started soon after Plex released free movies and TV. Also, before my login profile icon use to display when logging into the app. Now only my email displays. I click on my email to login, it gives me the error stated above then shuts down instantly.

I have performed many levels of trouble shooting such as; rebooting xbox, shutting down xbox and disconnecting power for 15 minutes, uninstalled and reinstalled twice, rebooted my windows 7 pro-plex server, down loaded latest server update and performed reboot. I not only have seamless local access but also remote access with not issues. This seems to be the xbox one plex app its self since the app update.

Has anyone had this issue? This issue started about a few of days ago.

Update:
I uninstalled the app and rebooted the xbox last night for a forth time and didn’t reinstall the app until this morning. It has booted up and I am logged in again. Do not know for how long, this is not the first time it has booted and logged me in only to crash and not boot up. Even though its logged me in and booted it still is not displaying my user icon (pic). Though this is not a functional problem but thought any simptums or issues given would help in the narrowing down of the problem. Here is an error I found in the logs. ( [PlexRelay] kex protocol error: type 7 seq 11 ) Other wise I have not seen any others.

Well I spoke too soon. As I was typing up an update the app went to sleep. When I went to wake it up to watch the app instantly crashed and will not come up again. Same problem. While watching the live logs it given and debug error.
