I’m running Plex Media Server on Windows 10 and using Plex on XBOX One as the player. Since Plex Media Server 1.18.0.1913, if I skip ahead on a movie/tv show more than 30-sec at once, it will get stuck at “Buffering” on the XBOX. Plex will the use 100% CPU on the windows machine and multiple “Plex Transcoder.exe (32 bit)” entries will build up and remain in Task Manger until reboot. If I roll back to 1.17.0.1709 the problem goes away. I have tried the current 1.18.2.2058 and the problem remains.
Can someone please review what changed between 1.17.0.1709 and 1.18.0.1913 that may have caused this and resolve it? Its easy to reproduce. Just skip ahead 10 min on a video on a XBOX.
