I have a tuner set up and the Xbox One OTA and One Guides sets up OTA broadcast fine. The Plex App does not offer any DVR set up as it states on the site. I am a premium pass holder thanks.
Plex Media Player wouldn’t, assuming you are talking about PMP. You need Plex Media Server installed on a computer to configure DVR.
