Its not possible due to lack of support bult-in audio/subtitles in html5 video player … I can try to add external only that is supported by html5 video player

but by the way … I’m going to add multilingual interface while LG approving XPlay

Don’t know exactly but probably about two weeks
I settle to disable subtitles in the MKV
For the rest, the application is nice and clean interface
Its impossible to disable (change) built-in subtitles or audio tracks if it enabled in media container (such as mkv) in direct play mode … I cant control built-in subtitles or audio tracks because of lack of support in “html video player” … only PMS can disable them but it requires transcoding and much more CPU power on PMS side

I saw in playz that they use player.audioTracks and change the track via player.audioTracks[ind].enabled = true / false, doesnt that works or this is what requires transcode? Sorry for the noob question, i dont know much about webm
IIRC changing audio track in plex webplayer works in chrome with webm w/o transcoding.
Yes, It does. Html video player cant handle built-in audio tracks or subtitles only external. For eg if your movie has external subtitles I can handle it but it subtitles are built-in to mkv container player cant handle it. In case of transcoding … PMS just re-encode container to remove or switch between them

Hi … for the moment it support only one server without signing-out … but we can plan this feature on next release.

Is there any way to “disable” subtitles? I have mkv with internal subtitles. on web there is option with “none” but in xplay they are forced!

I dont force anything … html video player plays it AS-IS
This is screenshot from PLEX webUI. When using this LG TV via WebBrowser there is also an option to select “none”
but in XPLAY I can’t find it anywhere so the romanian are forced 
There is no magic … Web Client uses transcoding
go in Xplay —> Settings and disable the last option with the massage “…AS-IS…”. That should work with sub´s. when you disable this option your “Server” transcode the files.

I love the As-IS setting and use it only, that is very nice (3%CPU work on server side)!!!
Well I’ve tried that. But the subtitles will be shown as they are still “forced”, Selecting none is necessary in WebUI.
Anyway thanks. I ill stick to non subtitle releases for now
