Not sure if you have a PC or not. If you do, you can xTeVe on your pc, and you shield PMS will use it

Hi @marmei,

For IPTV I use a private one as it is the only way to watch Spanish TV as I live abroad and the VPS provider is Wishosting.
Iā€™ll try from my NAS to see if the issue comes from the IPTV provider or the VPS side and let you know.

xTeVe is accessible via all IP addresses that your server provides.

I have some inconsistent behavior of subtitles.
There are subtitles in the streams (checked with VLC) usually dvb subtitles.
Some channels in live tv however doesnā€™t show them and some show them. Really strange?

Any ideas what the problem is?
Xteve just passes the stream to plex tuner so maybe itā€™s a plex problem?

I noticed that despite the channel loaded, the channel buffers periodically.

Qnap is a fun device.

Use XEPG in xTeVe, that makes a lot easier in Plex.

I just wished Plex could get there acts together and fix the most elementary functions.

They have always put us subtitle user in the bottom in the barrell.

I guess it would be the same if I hook up a dvbt tuner or similar.

xTeVe adheres to the XML specifications. It looks like your XMLTV file has invalid characters.
What seth in the first line of your XMLTV file?
Can you open the XMLTV file in your browser?

I just use it and it was all right. After some restart Qnapa stopped working Xteve, I made a restart and I added the decoder again since then I do not have icons.
