I thought there used to be an XTEVE thread here which I cannot seem to find now?
My XTEVE question is; why does XTEVE not work in the Plex for Windows player? This is where you find it: https://www.plex.tv/media-server-downloads/#plex-app
When Plex’s own LiveTV works find in their Plex for Windows app??
The only time it works for me if I am using the Android App, or a web broswer on my computer.

I have been using xTeve for a while now and I will say the plex live TV seems to be temperamental with what app is playing the stream. I can give my 2 cents on this, incase it helps.
Plex Windows App seems to drop live tv connections a lot. I have found chrome web app does as well.
Through testing these are the clients I use and recommend the most for live TV specific:
PC: Opera Browser seems to be the best to get a solid reliable connections
Streaming Devices: Apple TV 4K lets the live tv load quickly and stay reliable for the most part.
Bets Budget Option: Roku. The wireless factor adds a slight buffer delay but these work very well as well.

I know this doesn’t solve the Windows App issue, but these are the best work around I do. I use a Nvidia Shield for 4K Movies and most media viewing. Then I use the Apple TV for Live TV and a keep a Roku as a backup since a already have one. If I am on my PC I always tend to use Opera. I haven’t used the Windows app in a while,
