I have a TVHeadend server with tnt tuner for french TV channels. It works fine with Kodi or VLC. When using Plex with XTeVe or TVHProxy, it works for “France 3” but not the other channel. Any Idea ?
I’ve been contemplating this since you posted, I’m running a pretty similar setup here (tvHeadend for IPTV streams from my provider, with a tvhProxy, feeding into a PlexPass PMS.) This has been running well now for over a year. I wish I had some advice for you, but I don’t. 
Having said that, my provider did shuffle their channel lineup recently, and I’m still having problems getting a small number of channels through (maybe 4 out of 100+.) The channels tune fine through VLC fed from tvHeadend, but tvHeadend itself and anything fed through Plex doesn’t play them either. I’m fairly sure that Plex isn’t at fault here, although I might have to go digging to figure out how to force a re-download of all decoders/transcoders.
