Having used Plex for many years, I too have come across the same problem others have had. The xumo Plex app not supporting media server access just like the Comcast flex box. Understanding xumo is under that same agreement with Comcast and for some reason Comcast forced the restriction to not be able to use a media server. From my understanding this is to push buying content from Comcast directly.
Is there any way that Plex can renegotiate that bargain and agreements to allow media servers back.
Is there anything we can do as a user to encourage Comcast to change this agreement?
