Yearly Membership Upgrade with PayPal

Hello Team PLEX,

My family and I have been enjoying PLEX a ton! We travel half of the year and having the ability to stream/watch flicks in the comfort of our home-away is awesome.

Now, to my point and reason for my post --I’ve come to enjoyed PLEX so much that I’m ready to let my wallet do the talk. However, when I attempted to upgrade to the LIFETIME service, I’m unable to, why you might ask? Well, when I get to my PayPal login page, hit to the login, get in and BOOM! It asked for a credit card which I don’t have but would love to give you my $$$ from my existing PayPal funds.

SO! How can I give you my $$$ in exchange for the LIFETIME Premium service using my PayPal funds?

I do. However, I rather use my PayPal’s funds… Thanks

Is your PayPal account linked to a checking account? If not, that could be the issue.

I also would like to purchase a lifetime plex pass membership but it defaults to my debit card when I want to use my PayPal balance. Can someone confirm that when I choose to pay, it will use my balance and not my debit card. Thanks.

Nevermind. After reading this post… https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/202906/pay-plexpass-with-paypal-balance . I went through the entire process and it did in fact use my PayPal balance.
