I wanted to change the email associated with my account, but no matter how many times I have hit the “send verification email” button, I am not getting the email.
I saw a bunch of people suggest posting on here, so i hope this is the right place to get help with this.
I just took a look at your Plex account for you. I see that a previous email attempt to that address bounced, which placed your address on our bounce list. We’ve now removed the email address from our bounce list. You’ll want to make sure that you resolve the bounce issue before you make a new request or else the email will likely bounce again.
