Another example of Verification Email Never Arriving

Please could someone in support check your logs as I’m also not receiving the email verification emails to my primary email address.

I’ve checked spam and ensured the email addresses are in the trusted senders list, but still no joy.

Your email had bounced before, and when that happens, our system put’s it on a bounce list
I’ve removed it from there, so hopefully it should work now.

You can check by requesting a password reset mail
