Your changes could not be saved (HTTP 400: 'language' is invalid) when editing library settings

I’m having trouble saving my library. I was having issues with a TV series getting tagged incorrectly, so I tried switching agents (because the filenames are fine!) and refreshing metadata. That didn’t fix it, so I tried switching back to the original Plex TV Series scanner, but I’m getting “your changes could not be saved” in the UI, and if I inspect the network request, I’m getting an HTTP 400 with body ‘language’ is invalid.
The params being sent look fine to me, and for what it’s worth, changing the library language to something other than English does NOT fix the issue.

Little bit of background info, I’m running ubuntu server 22.04, and plex is installed as an app within my swizzin install.

Stop and restart the server, wait a few minutes, then reload the web app.
