Your Changes Could Not Be Saved

This is a weird one.
Trying to change date of Album to 1970-01-01 and getting “Your Changes Could Not Be Saved”, but if I use 1970-01-02, it’s saved.

1970-01-01 being the EPOCH Start Time is somehow the reason.

1970-01-01 00:00:01 also works.

Minor, easily fixed by using 1970-01-02.
However, looking forward to the Year Display on the Album being fixed:
