Your changes could not be saved

Would there be a reason why it can’t save my changes?

Server Version#: 1.30.1.6562


When changes can’t be saved:

  1. PMS itself is super busy scanning and database access times out
    -or-
  2. DNS and/or Plex.tv communications is failing.

The DEBUG logs will show what’s happening.

Is there some kind of log entry one might search for? Specific log file to look in?

The logs are not generally helpful to users

You’ll have to zip them up and leave them here for Chuck to look at
