"Your changes could not be saved" For All Preferences

Any server setting that I try to change results in the error “Your changes could not be saved”. I’ve tried restarted the container.

The server logs have no entries about the preferences not being saved either.

Where are the preferences actually saved, in com.plexapp.plugins.library.db?
I have gone through the steps to detect a corrupt database and it returns “OK”. I even did a dump and reload of the database but it still doesn’t seem to work.
