Since tonight I can’t use plex web app.
I can sign in www.plex.tv (and forum) but when I try to go in the settings or launch the app, I type my pin and I got this message :
Your credentials have expired. Please sign in again.
I managed to reset my pin but it has changed nothing. Always the same message
I’m still connected on my phone (ios) and it works so I don’t understand what happens.
I really need help. Thank you.

Which just leads to an endless loop of not being able to sign in any of my devices… What’s going on? im a lifetime plex subscriber…

I am having the same issue it was fine about an hour ago and then has stopped working
Ditto- I made a change to my network, rebooted the machine (OS X) and now I get a credential loop when trying to log into the server. Oddly, my AppleTV is able to connect and play media from the same server, though.
+1 Infinite login loop, and never able to login properly. What’s broken with SSOID?
Same here, after updating server with “PlexMediaServer-1.9.5.4339-46276db8d-x86.spk” this morning.
I am having the same problem with my account on macOS using Safari. I erased my cookies and history, but it didn’t change anything. My server is still working to connect my computer to the iOS app, but I can’t login to the server online or change any of my settings. I haven’t, however, made any changes to my network as the previous post mentions.
I do feel better now though, knowing I am not an isolated incident! I came to check the forums and saw nothing about the issue, and then I refreshed and a bunch of people posted about it in those 5 minutes!

Same here, at least its not only me.
It happens on android and PC.
It seems to be working again, for now. Let’s keep an eye on this issue, and let’s hear an explanation from PLEX.

I’m having the same problem on my PS4.
Yep. Nothing changed on my end but it’s working now. Must have been some kind of problem with the authentication server on Plex’s end.

Nope still not working - only appeared to be working momentarily but cant Sync anything and now cant login again
