Has anyone else started to get the login credentials have expired loop this momring again? I cannot log into my server from online,. I even remoted into my home machine and cannot log into plex locally on the server it is hosted on. remotely it tells me I have successfully logged in and then loops to “There was an error signing in.” Locally I get 2 errors, the first is “We are unable to complete your request” and then “There was an an error signing in”. I have been a lifetime plex-pass member for a while, but it is sad that I cannot log into plex from the server it resides on without going out to a server for a credentials check.
I sent this on to the Dev’s. I am also having this issue.
I am having the issue as well. I can sign in on my server but no remote devices will sign in and I cannot sign in to the web access either. For a brief second I can see my user list and then it automatically redirects me to sign in again.
can we get a response from the Dev’s on a timeframe for them to fix me logging into my own server? I am out of the house today and would like to be able to watch plex on my devices from my server at my house
It looks like it is working for me now.
The last time something like this happened to me was in October, Plex’s response was that it was a server that was failing in their logon server cluster. If this is the case, then I guess some of us were stuck on that server for logins. Hopefully it is fully resolved and does not come back today.
This should be resolved by now, if you are still having issues let me know and i’ll pass it on.
