"Your Home Screen Is Empty" bug?

Hi! I hope everyone is staying safe.

I have got a weird bug that appeared after an update recently. When I access my server on my server machine (Win 10 PC), it says the Home Screen is empty. Nothing on the sidebar or main window. However, when I click “More”, everything is visible. No clients are affected.

Do I have to pin all my libraries in? Would uninstalling/reinstalling fix this? I ask because I have many libraries and it would be time consuming to pin them all.
