I don’t believe I have a UPNP/port forwarding issue as everything shows my ports as correctly setup and functioning.
I ran the UptimeRobot as previously suggested and everything looked fine. plus all the canyouseeme.org tests also show the port as open.
I use a few other the Synolgy apps (DS video, DS audio) and have never had a problem with it. I’d assume that had to use some port of UPnP/port forwarding rules as well.
The only reason I mentioned the cert issues was because I saw this thread dealing with certs. I know it’s dealing with linux and not NAS but I’m grasping at straws trying to get this to work.
and I saw this line in my logs
CERT: incomplete TLS handshake: stream truncated
