I have a lifetime pass on plex. Is it possible to synchronize/import or otherwise watch a specific playlist on YouTube on my Plex?
You cannot watch the content from other sources inside of Plex at this time.
That’s why a playlist import doesn’t make much sense.
And it’d require Youtube to grant Plex the right to access your Google user account (which is unlikely to happen).
