No settings changed on my end afaik, and now no new movies have trailers and/or extras.
What should I check or change? thanks!
tried all listed fixes in KB. Changed sources, refreshed whole library, even tried deleting and re-creating a new library from scratch and I am getting ZERO trailers and extras!

same here. no extras or trailers will load for me anymore. worked the other day. I changed nothing in my settings/agents.
Even movies that I have extras for, when i refresh the movie, the extras and trailers actually disappear. Any ideas?
Edit: Ok I messed with the Agents, and deleted all the folder in my Plug-In Support/Cache folder and restarted the server and refreshed movies and now the extras are working.

UPDATE:
FIXED after manually updating to version 1.4.1.3362. Trailers and extras are officially broken in 1.3.3.3148 for FreeBSD (FreeNAS). I even set up a brand new jail and instance of Plex using 1.3.3.3148 and I STILL got no trailers or extras.
