Hello, I no longer have movie extras. I have Plex Movie and " Find trailers and extras automatically (Plex Pass required)" enabled like I always have. I have cleared my cache, and rebooted my Mac.
Any help would be appreciated.
I have the same problem - mine has never worked since i upgraded to plex pass i get zero trailers before any of my movies… i too have the same settings!
Don’t forget to turn on trailers on the CLIENT side as well (assuming they show up on the server).
Please post the XML for that movie.
I have found this functionality to be wildly inconsistent. The Movie extras are the only ones I have been able to inconsistently work. I have never get them to work for my TV shows. There are many cases of users having similar issues throughout the forums. These are just from the first 3 search result pages.

After reading some tips users have made in other posts, I tried backing up my Plex folder inside Application Support and reinstalling Plex. When I started Plex some movies were finally downloading extras, but only half of my library of 500 was automatically pulled.
I tried hitting “refresh all movies” a dozen times. I had to unmatch and rematch every movie that didn’t have an extra, for over 250 movies. Now when I add new movies, some get it automatically some need to be unmatched and matched.
Refresh 1 movies that doesn’t have extras then send me the logs.
I decided to try to see what would happen if I removed the Plex folder from Application Support but kept the db. I restarted Plex with no folder, and it soon created one. After some testing, it seems to have resolved my issues, however all of my custom poster art has been cleared. Would there be a way to restore that? I still have the old folder.
