I have a big tiff file of about 300mb. The resolution is at least 5000x5000. I tried ios, android, windows, mac, and web, it loads the thumbnails properly, but when I click on it it says cant load image.
I thought plex automatically converts the image to a viewable resolution on the fly. The file itself is a scan of a 6x6 film slide. I don’t want to save it as a lower resolution jpg just for plex.
